Homeocore Nutrition offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, you are entitled to a full refund of the product price.

We believe in our formulations. This guarantee exists because we are confident you will too — but if for any reason you are not, we will not make it difficult for you.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
• The product must have been purchased directly from homeocorenutrition.com
• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

You do not need to return the product in most cases. We may ask for a brief reason to help us improve, but it is not required to process your refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date
• Products purchased from a third-party retailer or reseller
• Orders where fraudulent activity is suspected
• Repeated refund requests from the same customer on multiple orders

4. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

2. Include your full name, order number, and a brief description of your concern (optional)
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
4. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow:

• 2 business days for us to process your request
• 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order separately.
